I think our secret sauce at Stacks was to hire people that are willing to take on, on this hard journey. They were ready to be uncomfortable. They were able to not to have all the corporate benefits and still stay together with the team. Successful to hire people that would stick with you even if there are challenges and you go together through hard moments. And so this proven to be the best hires for us.
