In this product demonstration, Jonathan Hau walks through four core InVision collaboration features: Workflow, Activity, Comments, and Assets. Workflow provides a Kanban‑style board for organizing prototype screens into customizable columns, with color coding, drag‑and‑drop status changes, email notifications, and assignment to team members; it mirrors tools like Trello and integrates with JIRA. Activity offers granular analytics on prototype usage, including total views, time spent, screens viewed, comments left, and real‑time screen updates. Comments aggregates all conversation threads in a chronological, Slack‑like view, supporting @mentions, emojis, resolution status, and email alerts, creating a single source of truth for feedback. Assets allows unlimited uploads, automatically preserving each version with download capability, enabling designers to retrieve any prior iteration. The demo emphasizes how these built‑in tools streamline design handoff, feedback loops, and project tracking within InVision.

So that's motion. The other really cool thing that we're working— that we recently released, if you go into our app, is every single prototype has this thing called Workflow. And Workflow is a Kanban-style view for viewing all of your screens in a custom workflow. So— This workflow tab, in our consumer plans, you'll see 4 standard columns. But in our enterprise plans, you can customize each of these columns to be anything that you want. And you'll notice that with each of these custom columns, I can change it to be anything that I want. I can even change the color of this column. I can even take the column and move it to be a different order. I can take a script Drag it from left to right and change the status of that column. So if you're a PM managing a project with your design team, you can track the progress of those screens and put it into different phases to say, OK, these are the screens that we've approved. These are the screens that we need to get worked on. These are the things that are ready for engineering. As you're changing the status of your screens, you can email notify people to let them know, hey, that screen status has changed, and they'll instantly get an email notification indicating to them that they need to do something or take action on it. Now we also have the ability to assign screens to individuals as well. So this is a relatively new thing for us, but you'll notice that if you've— has anybody here used Trello before? OK, so a couple of you. But Trello or JIRA, these are all things that look very similar to what they do, but this is all built right into InVision so that you can just track all that work inside InVision. All right. Can it be integrated with JIRA? Yes, it can be integrated with JIRA. In fact, tomorrow we're releasing an announcement for an integration directly with JIRA. You can take any project prototype, copy that share link to your prototype, and put that into a JIRA ticket, and it'll embed that prototype directly into your JIRA ticket. Yeah. Cool. So that's our Workflow tab. Our Activity tab shows you the granular-level activities. So you can see the total number of views, how long your participants are actually viewing your prototypes so they can give you accurate feedback, the number of screens they've viewed, and the number of comments that they've left. You can also see live, real-time screen updates that your designers are making on your screens. So you can track the progress of the work that's going on. The other thing that you can do is in the Comments tab, you can see a roll-up of all the conversations in chronological view history. So if I click on any one of these, it jumps right into my inbox view of all of your conversations. So this looks very similar to Slack. That's not a coincidence. The whole idea here is just to be able to see all of your conversations rolled up in a single stack. So you can just simply jump to another conversation, start @mentioning people, put in smiley faces, emoticons, whatever you want to to do, and email them a notification that you have some feedback on that. You can also resolve it, or see unresolved items, and so forth. So there's a lot of really cool things that you can do here with the comments. But again, everything is rolled up so that all those conversation threads are in a single source of truth. Everything inside InVision is to gather that feedback and iterate on those really quickly. All right, finally, the Assets tab. I had mentioned earlier that with the Assets tab you can upload unlimited content. And every single asset that you upload, InVision will automatically save a view of it as well as make every prior version available for download. So again, you can see these are 2 different versions of the same screen. I can download any version that I want. And as I make changes to the screen and upload new iterative versions of this, I can download any version that I want. So you mentioned that you can
