My superhero power is multitasking. I'm able to organize, prioritize, and arrange many things at the same time. My name is Yimei Miao. I was born in Shanghai, China, and I was there until the year of 6— age of 16, and then I went to New Zealand for high school. Afterwards, I went to Canada, Toronto, for college, and now I'm in Cornell University for graduate studies. I've been always interested in art, and I love viewing art, going to the museum, and talking to artists, and through my conversations, I realized the biggest thing they're frustrated about is how to sell their art. Right now, I'm working on an online art auction house, so that will— right now, if you think about e-commerce, the customer behavior is changing. They go online to shop, and that hasn't happened in the fine art area yet. So that's where the market I'm going to tap into. I think Chinese entrepreneurs would love to come here to study at Draper University because they are looking for the experience from Silicon Valley, where is the heart of innovation. And also they are looking for guidance from experienced entrepreneurs, which in Silicon Valley there are plenty of great ones. And also advice from prestigious venture capitalists like Tim Draper. These experiences they can't get anywhere else than here. The experience has been awesome. Everybody should go here. Every day, the message I learn from outstanding speakers is just mind-blowing. It opened my eyes to a different level. I was able to learn different aspects of life, not only be a good entrepreneur, but also at the same time to be a better person. And I think that will, that will be the main takeaway for me in my business because I will be able to understand my team, my competition, the big environment around me, and also know how to build a great team and a good business.
