An enterprise AI system called OpenClaw with access to all company documents and emails can infer tone and communication patterns humans would never notice. This removes the natural filtering that happens when lawyers learn information through client relationships, raising serious privacy and control concerns.

The real point, however, is if I've got an enterprise-wide system and you allow OpenClaw, I allow OpenClaw into it, it now can see all the information. If you come to me as a lawyer, I give you the information through my Verstand, through what I understand as a client you are asking for, and you put it through your Verstand of what you think I will be telling you. So all that filtering goes on and I've already filtered out a whole load of other stuff 'cause I didn't think it would be relevant. If you allow the AI to go in and it can read every document, it can see all the emails, it gets to understand the passion, the tone, the, the way people communicate. And now you've got the AI being briefed by the AI more intelligently than a human could brief.
