It is true some foreign investment has come in because of these tariffs, this extortion. Now, the other price there is that Americans are no longer trust partner in the world arena. Americans are, if not being laughed at, at least being being shunned. People are realizing they cannot count on America and American business and American government fairly. So we're losing a lot of trade partners around the world because of this. But yes, technically, some investment has come in because countries have come to the conclusion they need to bribe Trump in order to not be punished through excessive tariffs.
