TJ Walker says find what comes easily to you and that others value. He talks on video easily; others might write or do pottery. Double down on your strengths instead of fixing weaknesses.

What comes easily for you that other people value. It's easy for me to talk on video, so I do it a lot. It might be easy for you to write. Write a lot. It might be easy for you to create ceramics. And pottery, well, do that. Yes, it's great to challenge yourself, stretch yourself, learn new skills. But if there's something you're good at already, that's easy for you and other people value it. Double down on it. Do it more and more and more. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
