TJ Walker argues you're programmed by your beliefs, so choose ones that help you. He programs himself to believe he's the most successful online course creator, and says you should do the same with truths or useful self-delusions.

We believe what we're programmed to believe. Doesn't matter if it's true or false. I hope you're trying to program yourself with true things, but we're all basically computers. Yes, there's emotion involved, but you've got to be especially careful about what you're telling yourself is your programming. Try to program yourself with truth. And. And if you are going to delude yourself, make sure it doesn't hurt anyone else, but actually helps you. I program myself to say I'm the most successful online course creator in the world. Now, that might not be true, but it's a truth for me. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
