When someone asks you to work for free or cheap, don't get angry. Smile, say your fee clearly, and walk away if they won't pay it. TJ Walker calls this the TJ Walker habit.

Never get angry when people discount your value. If they want you to work for half your normal wage or fee or 10%, or if they want you to work for free, don't get angry. Just learn how to put a smile on your face and say no and go the next step and say, I'd be happy to work for you and the cost will be. Then tell them exactly what you think you're worth. If they don't agree, that's okay. Just walk away. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
