Just because other people don't do things a certain way doesn't mean you can't. Recently, I needed to hire a new mobile app developer. Well, rather than have 50 meetings for an hour long on Zoom with each prospect where I had to say the same thing over and over again for 30 minutes, I said what I wanted to say in one video one time, and I asked all applicants to respond to my questions there and then email me their thoughts. Then we could have a meeting. Well, guess what? Instead of having 50 meetings, I had three good meetings and everybody saved their time. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
