Ultimize. Most people prepare for interviews in a very weak way. They think about a few answers in their head. They maybe look at some common questions online, and then they hope for the best. This is not preparation. This is guessing. AI allows you to prepare in a structured and powerful way. Let's walk through exactly how you do it. Start by telling AI the job you're applying for. For example, entry-level sales role in a technology company. Then ask, generate 20 realistic interview questions for this role. Now you have a list. Next, ask which of these are the hardest questions and why. Now you know where to focus. Now you start practicing. Say your answers out loud, not in your head, out loud. Then take one answer and type it into AI and get feedback. Better yet, you can talk to your AI, ask it to ask you the question, say it back, your answers, and get a critique. Now, many AI platforms have a button where you can hit it and you start talking to it, or you can go to tjwalker.ai and you can ask the TJ Walker AI to interview you and then critique your answers. Again, there's no charge for this. You can ask the AI how to make your answers clearer and more compelling. AI will give you feedback. Then ask how you can make your answers more concise if it sounded like you were rambling or you get that impression. Then ask, what's missing from my answer? Now you can refine it. Let me give you a concrete example. You're asked, tell me about a time you handled a difficult situation. We've all heard that in job interviews before. You give a long, unclear answer and you ask the AI for feedback, preferably by talking to it so it can actually hear you. But you can also dictate it and copy and paste that into the AI to give you a clearer structure. It might suggest a simple framework like situation, action, result. Now your answer becomes structured, easy to follow. Another example, you're asked, why should we hire you? Most people give generic answers. Well, practice your answer out loud with an AI and ask, how can this be even more specific to the particular company I'm talking to? The most powerful way of using AI to prepare for job interviews is to ask the AI to role-play as the interviewer. I stressed it earlier, I'm stressing it again. You can do it with most major AI platforms these days. There's typically a button at the bottom of the right where you hit it and you can talk to the AI, go back and forth. You can certainly do that with the tjwalker.ai. Practice responding under pressure. Your exercise now is direct. Generate 10 interview questions for a job you want. Answer them out loud, then refine at least 3 answers using AI, because confidence comes from preparation, and preparation is something you can control.
