A short motivational video by TJ Walker advising that difficult problems are often solved by uninterrupted deep thinking. He recommends removing distractions (phone, computer), dimming light, having pen and paper, and writing down every idea until a solution emerges.

What if I told you the answer to some of your hardest problems in life is both easy and hard? The answer quite often can come to you if you're willing to simply sit, think, and avoid all distractions. That means put your cell phone away in another room, turn it off, turn off the computer, pull down the blinds of your windows, and just think. Have a pad and pen next to you. Contemplate that problem. Contemplate solutions. Write down every silly, stupid idea that comes to your brain. Maybe it takes a minute, maybe it takes an hour. Maybe it takes five hours. But give your brain time to really think. Have stuff come out, rather than more stuff coming in every second of the day. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
