Do you have any friends or family members who have maintained their proper weight for decades? They may be in their 30s, 40s, 50s, maybe 70's and they weigh the same as they did when they were in their 20s. What's the one thing they all have in common? It's not necessarily one thing they eat every day. In general, the one thing they have in common, they're not on diets, or at least any diets as we know them. They don't follow diet gurus, they don't do something special. They're not always buying the latest gym gadget. No, they have figured out how to eat healthy, right amount of food to sustain their body. So some of what we do here at Ultimize is try to help you be healthy. And that includes becoming the right weight. Because of that, we're not pitching a particular diet. There's no get rich quick or get thin quick gimmick that's going to work. Actually, they all work in the short run, they don't work in the long run. Our goal for you is to be like that. Maybe one person, you know, in your whole circle of friends or life who actually maintains their healthy weight throughout their life. It's typically because they eat healthy food in the right proportions and they don't consume vast, vast quantities of processed food with lots of processed sugar and lots of processed fat and lots of processed carbohydrates and lots of salt. Of course there are exceptions, but in general, the number one way to be your ideal weight isn't to go on some diet. It's to change your whole mindset so that the first thing you do is ask yourself when you're hungry, is this real food? Is this unprocessed food that will satisfy my hunger? If you do that, if you change that one mindset, it's not just a good short term diet. You it is a lifetime diet for a healthy body. Everything we're doing at Ultimize is about helping you build that mindset. If you do that, everything else takes care of itself.
