So what's the problem with the Law of Attraction, Anthony Robbins, all the self help gurus, and even my own self development courses? The problem is they don't work for most people because most people want to just staple it onto an existing life or wallpaper it on top of their existing life and it just doesn't work. You can take the best self development concepts out there, but if you still spend most of your time each day eating the same junk food you typically eat, watching the same mindless entertainment in every spare second, wasting as much time on social media, you will have exactly the same life you had before you started that self development program. We're all sometimes guilty of making it sound quick, easy, simple, but it's actually hard to change your life. You have to change everything.
