Here's the number one adjustment I would offer or suggest to whether it's young people out of college or anyone. Do not think anyone owes you a job. Now, I'm sorry. And there are some cultures where, whether it's Scandinavia or other places where you kind of do have a right to a job. That's just not the way it is in the United States. I wish you could have a job, but you're not owed a job. Number one, ultimatize.
