This is going to sound pretentious but I want you to think of yourself as the CEO of three separate companies. The first one a human resources staffing company. This is where you sell your services maybe as your day job or as a consultant. You're selling your time and expertise. The second company you're a CEO of a venture capital firm. Now you're not going to invest money, you're going to invest your time. This is where you invest in things like your own blog, writing an ebook, starting an online course. These are your ventures that could take off. You're not going to spend money on it though. The third company, you're the CEO of your own bank. You need your money to work for you. If you have a lot of credit card debt, other debts, you're working for other bankers, you need to set aside some money every month where you are investing in something, stocks, something that makes you money.
