Is a digital life coach a digital clone as good as a real human being? Is it potentially better? Is it potentially a lot worse? We're going to try to find out that right now, here today. Hi, I'm T.J. walker. This is the T.J. walker Success Channel. We're all about helping you become more successful in life by improving your communication skills. And that includes things like using artificial intelligence and digital clones in a way that will actually help customers, clients, prospects, your community, and not annoy them or hurt them. We're going to see if we could do that. Right now we're in a testing phase. I have a brand new TJ Walker life coaching digital coach, an AI clone of my ideas. We're going to test it right now. So what you're hearing will be answers not based on the Internet, not based on Wikipedia, not based on ChatGPT, but based entirely on my own teachings from my personal development courses that some of you are familiar with from places like skillshare, Udemy Media Training worldwide. So we're going to call into the bike coach, see how it does. You're welcome to do this as well. And Ben, if you could type in the address not to the clone, but to the life coaching clone. You know what, let me just try to do that myself here, copy it and try to post it. We had that issue where you can't. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I don't know how to do it. Ben, I'm gonna. I'll post it in the private chat and I'm going to post the. For whatever reason, I can't do it. Ben, I need you to put the life coach URL. So I'm going to call it and let's see how it does.
Hi, I'm TJ's clone. I'm here to be your life coach. Where would you like to see improvements in your life today?
Well, not sure. Tj, tell me how you can really help me as a life coach. What are some of the areas where you can help and what is this whole thing really?
I can help you transform your communication skills and personal development habits in a powerful way. Imagine having the confidence to speak in public without fear. The ability to convey your ideas.
Let me interrupt you just a moment. Let me. I feel good about the communication skills. Tell me about sort of the whole range of ways you help people in personal development and typical life coaching skills that don't have anything to do with communication skills. Let's start there.
Absolutely. Let's dive into personal development beyond communication I help people enhance their time management skills, build better habits, and develop a growth mindset. Imagine mastering your daily routines to maximize productivity and reduce stress. I also focus on goal setting and achievement, helping you break down big dreams into actionable steps. Another key area is building resilience and emotional intelligence so you can navigate life's challenges with confidence and poise. Now let's talk about a simple tip can try today. Start by identifying one small habit you want to improve, like drinking more water or reading a few pages every day. Commit to it for a week and track your progress. How does that sound? What personal development skill are you most.
TJ it's not a bad idea, but I feel like I do a pretty good job of drinking water. Those who watch this show regularly actually see me drinking water. And also I'm drinking tea, typically green tea. I'm not drinking extra caffeine cream during the day. I do have one coffee in the morning these days, typically with almond milk or soy milk and then water throughout the day. So I feel like I'm in good shape there. You know, one of the realms I've heard you talk about is leisure and enjoyment, and I certainly like to enjoy life, but truth be told, I don't know if I have as many hobbies as I really should. I play pickleball, but a day like this where it's raining here in Florida, I can't play pickleball. I do like to read, but I don't have that many other what you would call hobbies. Do you have any recommendations for good hobbies?
For. It's great to hear you're already on top of your hydration and enjoying your green tea. Now let's talk about expanding your leisure activities. Pickleball is fantastic, but on those rainy days, having a variety of hobbies can really enrich your life. Consider exploring creative pursuits like drawing or painting. Even if you don't think of yourself as an artist, doodling can be incredibly relaxing and rewarding. You could also try cooking or baking.
Well, it's not a bad idea, but I actually do draw every single day and I draw on my iPad in the morning. I look at some famous piece of artwork every day as a part of my morning rituals. And I do a drawing every day. But before you say wow, teacher really sounds like a Renaissance man, let's not get carried away. I do very simple drawings with my finger on a simple app on my on my iPad and I typically do it in less than 60 seconds. So I could try to cultivate higher level artistic skills because I'm doing it now and it does stimulate a little bit of a different part of my brain. Gives me a little sense of accomplishment of hey, I've done a drawing today and I've written a little bit of a poem, but I don't know that it's really stretching my creative side of my brain visually as much as it could. What other suggestions do you have?
You're already on a fantastic path by incorporating drawing and poetry into your daily routine. Let's take it up a notch. Have you considered experimenting with different mediums? For example, try watercolor, painting or even sculpture. These can be a bit more tactile and engaging, pushing your creative boundaries further. Additionally, participating in a local art class or workshop can be incredibly stimulating. It will expose you to new techniques and ideas, and the social aspect can be quite inspiring. Another idea.
It's not a bad idea. My daughter is quite a skilled artist. She's actually going to a very serious art school, Locke School of the Arts, next year. And so she does paint and draw at home. Occasionally I will dabble, but you know what? I should be a little more aggressive about saying, hey, you're painting. Let me paint right next to you. So that is an excellent idea. Let's shift gears for a minute. What else do you think I could do to improve my sleep? I've created online courses on sleeping. I try to embody best practices for sleep, but I do find that I still wake up too early in the morning. Sometimes 4:30, sometimes 5:00am so what do you recommend as really, really super high level tips? How to get better sleep Because I already do things like turn off my cell phone an hour earlier before going to bed, not looking at screens, not having more than one cup of coffee. I'm doing most of the basics. Tell me any other truly advanced tips you have on how to get a better night's sleep that I might have forgotten?
Foreign let's dig into some advanced strategies to optimize your sleep. Since you're already following the basics, let's explore a few high level tactics. First, consider the temperature of your bedroom. Keeping your room cool around 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
So here's the thing. You know, I. I do agree, I do agree with the concept of keeping the room cool I found in our particular apartment. We put on 74. It's relatively cool. My wife really does not like it cooler than that. There has to be some compromise. And 74 in our apartment, for whatever reason, seems more like 70 in other places. So I don't. I can't adjust the temperature any cooler without getting a separate home, which I don't want to do. So I don't think I can do anything else there. What other tips do you have? If you Advanced Tips on How to Enhance Sleep.
All right, let's explore some other advanced strategies to enhance your sleep. One powerful method is to focus on your evening wind down routine. Try incorporating relaxation techniques like progressive muscle relaxation or deep breathing exercises. These can help signal to your body that it's time to wind down. Another advanced tip is to consider your diet.
My problem is not but hang out. My problem is not falling asleep. I mean I fall asleep quickly according to my sleep tracker act, sometimes too quickly because sometimes I'm falling asleep within 2 minutes, 3 minutes. My issue is I still wake up too early so I don't feel fully rested. Any other tips you have on that back end part of sleeping?
I hear you. Waking up too early can be frustrating. One advanced tip is to experiment with your diet. Try having a small snack before bed that includes complex carbohydrates and protein like a piece of whole grain toast with almond butter. This can help stabilize your blood sugar levels throughout the night. Another idea is to use a sleep mask with integrated Bluetooth. This allows you to listen to calming sounds or meditation tracks without having your phone in the room. So I do use something I personally.
Use a second Are you really suggesting I listen to calming tracks all night long? I did get a sleep mat and I use a sleep mask every time, but I don't use the audio soundtracks. What I do have is a white noise machine. So I keep a white noise machine on all night long. I use a sleep mask and I use wax earplugs. This is a I'm wearing an earplug now for sound, but I have it. I have the wax earplugs that block out sound in case a siren goes by or my wife's coming in later, that sort of thing. So I'm already doing those tips. I'm intrigued by your suggestion to eat late at night. I don't remember that tip anywhere. What is the science backing up your theory that I might be able to sleep longer if I eat a snack late at night because I'd also be concerned about gaining weight, which I don't want to do if I'm eating an extra snack.
Eating a small balanced snack before bed can help maintain stable blood sugar levels throughout the night, which which might prevent early waking. The key is to choose something light and healthy, a small portion of complex carbohydrates and Protein, like a piece of whole grain toast with almond butter can be beneficial. This combination helps to keep your blood sugar steady, avoiding the dips that can wake you up prematurely. Of course, it's crucial to keep the portion small to avoid excess calories that could lead to weight gain. Now, considering your existing sleep routine, which is already quite robust, let's focus on one more advanced tip. Have you tried adjusting your wake up time slightly earlier to see if it helps you sleep longer? Sometimes.
I don't control when I wake up. I don't use an alarm clock. So when I wake up I wake up. It's not like I am setting an alarm clock at 8 or 7 or 6. I have a choice. I don't really have a choice as I see it as to when I wake up, I simply wake up.
Waking up naturally without an alarm clock can be a double edged sword. On one hand, it means you're likely getting the amount of sleep your body needs. On the other hand, waking up too early can be disruptive. Let's try a couple of advanced strategies. First, consider the timing of your exercise. Exercising too close to bedtime can overstimulate your body, making it harder to stay asleep. Aim to finish your workout at least three hours before bed. Another tactic is to practice mindfulness.
Because I have found if I play pickleball in the afternoon, I have an early dinner, relax in the evening and go to bed early. I actually do get a lot more sleep than if I'm playing pickleball till say 8 o' clock at night and then trying to go to bed at.
9, 30, 30 or 10.
So the challenge is here in Florida, it's so hot, it's now too hot to play pickleball in the afternoon. So now I'm forced to. I gotta pick my poison. Essentially, if I exercise after dinner in the evening, okay, I get exercise, I lose weight or at least maintain weight. But now I'm not getting as good asleep as if I'd exercise the afternoon. So I don't quite know what the best solution is there, but TJ the Life Coach thank you for sharing these insights. If you're just joining me, this little test, I'm TJ Walker. I'm talking to TJ Walker Clone. So we're testing this out, trying to see if it's helpful, if it's useful if it makes mistakes and it more or less seems coherent. So we're going to continue testing these. I appreciate your time joining me today. If you're watching this live or on demand, if you have questions, you can post questions. You can also test out the clone yourself and we have posted it in the comments section, so you can give that a try as well. Thanks so much.
