Habits are major time savers, even if they're not great habits that propel you to tremendous health. Every morning I go to a coffee shop and I get a medium black coffee. It has no sugar in it, has no cream in it I don't have to think about. Saves me time, and in this case it's arguably healthy because I'm not putting in cream and sugar. Everyone has habits. If you had to take every single decision you make in life and really think about it do I get dressed or not? Do I brush my teeth or not? You'd never make it out of your home or apartment in the morning. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
