A brief YouTube Shorts monologue by TJ Walker arguing that willpower is unreliable. Using a personal anecdote about progressively overeating on an all-you-can-eat cruise, Walker advises removing temptation (e.g., avoiding buffets) rather than trying to strengthen willpower.

Willpower is a horrible thing to rely on. Everyone has some willpower. I have some willpower when on a cruise with my family. The first night, unlimited desserts. I'll think, oh, I'm not going to eat all these desserts. I won't have any. Only one entree. Second night, well, I'll have just one dessert. By the end of the cruise, I'm having five desserts and four entrees. The solution isn't me getting more willpower. It's staying away from all you can eat buffets. That's the solution because it doesn't rely on willpower. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
