The workers at the Democratic National Committee who don't want to show up should in fact find a job elsewhere. Working from home is something you have to earn because your excellence is so good. The value you create is so powerful that organizations can't get along without you and will work on your terms. But the default position should be show up at the office because it fosters communication. And I hate to tell you, the Democratic Party needs to get better at communication, not worse.
