Transcript of a short YouTube clip by TJ Walker advising that to radically increase odds of future success one must be personally optimistic about their own future. Walker notes it’s possible to be pessimistic about the world yet remain optimistic about personal prospects—he urges adopting the ‘TJ Walker habit.’
Would you like to radically increase your odds for future success, then you have got to be optimistic about your own personal future. Now you might be pessimistic about the world. You might write best selling books about how the world is going to hell in a handbasket. But you know what? Nobody writes a book if they're not optimistic that they can't sell a lot and reach a lot of people and get a lot of people to read it so you don't have to look at life through rose colored glasses. But if you want to be successful, even about telling people how the world is full of doom, you've got to be personally optimistic about your own future. Please follow the TJ Walker habit.
