I'm Tiffany Mittal, and I've been in the multifamily industry for about 12 to 13 years now. I got into it through my husband who owns multifamily as well. As I got into it, I realized I not only loved multifamily, but I really loved the technology side of it. So as we've been going through our day-to-day management, I've actually kind of went off on the side a little bit and have a technology company focused on multifamily industry. But still as an owner-operator, most of our portfolio, we have about 100 units in San Diego. We've recently relocated our family from San Diego to Florida and moved our portfolio from self-managed to third-party management, which has definitely been an interesting transition, but we're looking to grow our portfolio now out here in Florida and the East Coast.
