A lender explains how he generates 15% to 35% returns by funding property developers and business owners through off-market loan notes. He treats private lending and business ownership as his primary wealth builders, not real estate, and also acquires existing loan notes and equity stakes in cash-flowing companies.
What are your cash flow ideas? To me, where I build cash flow strategies in is actually primarily from business, right? Although I store a lot of my wealth in real estate, I make most of my wealth in equities and business investments nowadays. But I also do a lot of alternate strategies. So we do a lot of lending strategies to developers and to business owners where we can go and do 15% or 20% returns with security, you know, off-market loan notes doing 16% to 35% style returns. But to me, Businesses and then lending strategies to property developers are probably 2 of my biggest ones. And then focusing a lot of these alternative strategies like some loan notes and like owning different parts of different cash-flowing businesses and such.
