One thing that we have to remember when it comes to investing is that investing doesn't start and stop when you just buy an asset. Investing is a continual ongoing process. Now we might go through some peaks and troughs in terms of our buying cycle. We go through some intense experiences of buying some property and doing some asset deals. Your activity should still be strong within this period of time. Maybe it's not a buying activity, but what you are setting yourself up to do is go through another more rapid raise, another rapid asset accumulation as the phase moves through the next phase of the portfolio. So what you wanna be thinking about doing is, well, how can I raise my income streams during this period of time? How can I increase my cash flow by getting more efficient with my finances so I can then use that to build up my capital or pay down debt? So what we have to understand is that your investing journey never ends. It's a continual process of tweaking, fine-tuning, and adjusting along the way.
