What were the things that you did personally to start to rebuild yourself back from that burnout?
To me, it was actually starting to be gentler on myself and to actually start to take some breaks and to learn the value of recovery and recuperation in what I do. And so it's a little bit, can feel a little bit counterintuitive to this whole hard work process that my leap forward was when I actually took a step back and rested. Because when I, rather than just push and push and push and push and push, and where I was always busy for being safe, because there's a big difference between being busy and being productive, as soon as I took a step back and actually gave myself some space to think, all of a sudden I had the opportunity to work a heck of a lot smarter than I, than I, it was just about working harder.
