want you to buy some property, but what I'm concerned about is you shoving everything into the one deal. So what I'd be thinking about is how can we still buy property by not having to shove $650,000 into the deal itself, but how can we find a situation where you might only put $300,000 or even $350,000, so at least you've got a few hundred grand left over as liquid that you can do other things with? Because otherwise you're putting everything in one basket, you're hoping it's going to get growth, but I can tell you right now, banks hate risk. Rooming houses and the growth can be limited. So for me, I'm just sitting there going, okay, yes, you wanna buy assets, there's no doubt about it, but is there some other lending strategies, some other joint ventures, other things that you may be able to do that's gonna allow you to put a lot less capital in because it's all in one basket and it's gonna tie you up.
