When you make a true decision, I'm talking about those decisions where you leave all your excuses behind you. Who's made one of those decisions for them in their life before? Because you can have one of two things. You can have results or excuses. You can't have both. Yeah. So at some point in time, you have to choose to give up one of those, and it's your choice what you want to do. I chose to give up my excuses at that point in time. I chose to give up all the reasons why I can't do this, or I can't make more money, or whatever it was. And I wound up saving $9,000 in the next 6 months. Now that mightn't seem like much, but to me at the time it was an absolute fortune. Not enough to get a property, but I got the First Home Owners Grant, I got the stamp duty savings, and I bought my first 2-bedroom place in Labrador here on the Gold Coast for $291,000. And I wound up making, after I got it revalued, more money in that one property deal than my entire year of working 17 hours a day. I just learned this beautiful lesson that profits are better than wages.
