So how do I plan for the year ahead? The very first thing that I do is that I start by reviewing the previous 12 months. What has worked? What hasn't worked? I then start to look at my values. What's changed for me in the last 12 months? And just be really true to self. I mean, it's one of the most powerful things that any of us can ever do. The next thing I think about doing is that I want to set up a singular theme for the year. And so I'm intending to start planning out and mapping out my year and my goals to really zero in and focus in on that Singular theme. Once I'm clear on that, I then start with the big rocks first. These are things like the personal things I want to create, the how I want to serve, how I want to live. And so I start creating goals around those big rocks first. And that's how I frame up setting out my end of the year. I want you to focus on coming back to singularity and a single focus that if there was just one or two things that if you could create in the next 12 months would make it a success, what would they be?
