So in every investor situation, there are 3 core asset types which have to be in play. Okay. And the first one is what I call the buying gold strategy. So these are the better quality assets in better locations, and that tend to outperform the marketplace in terms of capital growth, because that's where we create real wealth from investing in general is the growth and the value of the asset. And so we have these assets in place to grow in value for us. Now, That's great, but they can also come with some challenges because there's better assets, they can be more expensive, but also their yields and their cash flow may not be as high because they are better assets, especially when we're talking about real estate. Second element is we need what I call the paycheck strategy. So where the primary purpose behind our buying goal strategy is around capital growth, the primary purpose behind our paycheck strategy is all around creating cash flow. And as we know, where most people get this from in their life is just from their job or it's from their business. Yes. That's it. Yes. And if you base the health of your portfolio and your life only on that one income stream, it's always going to be a limiting factor to your lifestyle, to your portfolio strength, to your growth. And it's just you become the bottleneck to your own success. So we need to add some cash flow elements in the portfolio. And then the third is what I call the momentum strategies. And these are the elements that we're not going to hold forever and a day, but their whole purpose, we get them, we get a result, we trade them back to the marketplace to turn over big chunks of capital to either eliminate debt that we might be holding or to go and build up our capital base and some of these other strategies, continue growing our overarching system.
