And lending is one of the biggest differentiators between those who build wealth versus those that don't, are going to get stuck in the property investing market. It's not the same as what it was 20-odd, 15 years ago where it was the Wild West of lending. The marketplace is probably only set for most people to be able to get one property, maybe one investment property in their life right now. And that's it. If you just do the whole buy, hold, never sell type of scenario and just focus on property. Those of you who've known me for a while, you know full well That it's more about building out a diverse layered-based strategy, which is where everything is serving a purpose within the portfolio to help you move forward and go from one deal to the next to the next. And how can we set up our strategy so we have multiple different layers of strategy all snowballing in to be able to kind of go to one property deal, next property deal, next property deal as we build out our buy and hold base of our future financial freedom. But if you do not have a layered strategy, you're going to get stuck. I can guarantee it now.
