A mentor's analogy: a blunt pencil beats a sharp memory because you forget what you don't write down. Learning means nothing without doing it. Take notes, make an action plan, and actually implement what you learn.

So, um, one of my mentors once told me is that a blunt pencil is always better than a sharp memory. Because if you are not writing stuff down and taking copious notes this weekend, you're going to walk out of here tomorrow and you're going to forget 80% of what I've said or what anyone has said by Monday or Tuesday. Does that make sense? Because learning is one thing, implementation is everything. I always talk about learn one thing, do one thing, learn one thing, do one thing. So as you're learning, take notes, take action plans, put it all down. So you actually have something that you can walk away and turn education into life, right? That's what we wanna start doing.
