Most property investors get stuck at two properties because they chase the next deal instead of planning ahead. You need to move numbers around, map out phases, and scale strategically. Without a long-term plan, you miss the bigger game.
And so as we're growing a portfolio, it's like we're always moving these different numbers around so that we can go, let's next deal, next phase, next deal, and we're ratcheting up our portfolio step by step as we go, okay? And one of the biggest reasons a lot of investors get stuck is they're not planning ahead of time. All they're focusing on is what's in front of their face right now and, oh, what property should I buy? What share should I buy? And if you're only looking at that level, then you're missing the vast majority of the game and I can guarantee you will get stuck. This is like why in property investing, the vast majority of property investors will get stuck after 2 properties and that's it. And in general, you're not going to create financial freedom on that.
