Property investing hits a ceiling if you follow conventional banking rules. You need a different system to scale from one deal to the next without getting stuck in the traditional framework.
Now, who in the room feels that property investing is going to be a big part of their endgame where they're going to store and hold their wealth? Who thinks that's the case? So for you, if property is going to take up a big portion of that, then you have to start thinking about, well, how am I going to actually go from one to the next to the next to the next? Because if you're just playing a game that everybody else plays, I can tell you now, you're not going to get there. You're just going to go, you're going to do one deal, you're going to do your second deal, And then you're done and you're stuck, right? And that's, it's all kind of set up at this point in time in terms of what the banking system, in terms of government, in terms of all that, right? So you need to start playing by a different set of rules.
