Should I be investing in real estate right now or should I be waiting? There's a lot of noise out there about recessions that are happening, global recessions, and is there a property bubble in Australia and are property prices gonna plummet in Australia? And so a lot of people are sitting there on the sidelines and waiting. Now I've gotta say that a lot of people spend their entire lives doing just this, waiting, waiting for the perfect moment, waiting for the perfect time, waiting for the perfect firestorm to come their way. And guess what? Often it's not gonna happen. When you're getting into property, you need to understand that it's a long-term game. You're not buying it so you can necessarily flip in and flip out of it. Now, some people do do that because it's a short-term part of their strategy. However, for most people, when it comes to investing in real estate, this is a long-term game because unless you've got your crystal ball working at this point in time, then you're not able to predict the future. So we've got to remember that wealth creation is a long-term game. When you find a quality asset you're happy to hold for a long-term period, then I'd be saying now is the time to be jumping on it.
