I've set up a system with one of my investors, and that system, it's a 20% per annum return. And then, but there's liquidity points of portions of it every 6 months. So every 6 months, a bunch of the original capital comes out. Then we get to make a new decision of what we're going to do with it, all while earning kind of 20% per annum returns. And so with the changing marketplace and the changing economy and changing investment landscape, It's great to have these liquidity points kind of tucked in there that we can make some new decisions around it as we see fit, right? It means that we can be more agile within the portfolio, right? Think about it. Like if you've got some liquidity points at certain levels, you could go, what could I do with it? Okay, I could, I could go reinvest it in the same asset class if it's all the same strategy, if that's serving me. I could use it to pay down debt if that's the highest and best use of my capital. Like, or maybe you need to put a bigger deposit down on your next property deal because your service really is crunched. Like it's just one of the most underrated and valuable things when it comes to your investment pathway.
