What we're seeing is from CIOs to COOs, CFOs, the people outside of the technical space, they want to develop knowledge because they know that they're going to have to lead. One example is DG McPherson. He's an NAW member, the CEO of Grainger. He went to school. He's a busy guy. And we went and took a class on generative AI and what are its implications for distribution. And I said, dg, don't you have people who understand this? And he said, look, as a leader of the company, if I don't understand it, I don't understand how this can best apply to help our customers. Then I can't rely on others and I can't make smart decisions. And so whether you're looking for a chief AI officer or not, I think everybody in the C suite needs get smart on these technologies to figure out how they can really help us move our businesses forward.
