He has I'll just speak personally is Gen Z has been the hardest generation of people that I've ever had to work with I'll take that on myself right as more than anything else but I'm realizing that there's a lot of conversation about this is it's a very different generation than you know certainly our generation or even potentially millennials.
Yeah you know I mean I look at it as faith family work My work is such a big part of my life and it defines me and I think that it defining me is what a big piece and in the Gen Z world right now is so much of that is this is just something I do it's a piece of what I do but that other stuff that the sports or the entertainment or the things are just as important and my work life balance is I'm not going to let work get in the way and people of our generation is no I'm going to work till I get things done.
