The was kind of interesting from that standpoint was they were just talking about the companies that are you know, once once it becomes clear that I can I can do some layoffs or I think the term a lot of people use is right size that I'm wanting to right size my company and I can use the economic factors or whatever is going on out there as an excuse and I won't get too much bad press or you know, maybe it's a union issue. Whatever it might be. There's you know, there's a scapegoat for it. So the question would be can you identify, you know, is there really that much of that going on as well with it and finding a balance? Is it is now that report a true reflection of what's really happening in the job market based upon economic conditions versus I don't want to say greed, but just because somebody decides they want to right size their business.
