This is a YouTube video titled "What if you knew your career would be obsolete in 15 years? #ManufacturingCareers" containing a discussion or monologue from July 22, 2025, about the future of manufacturing jobs and the impact of robotics on employment prospects for new graduates considering blue-collar roles. The excerpt features a single speaker raising concerns about job security in manufacturing due to automation.

So let me ask you a question on this or both of you. We have an article I think coming up, I don't know if it's in this section or whatever, is that there's talk in the next basically 15 years that robots will have the majority of these jobs. So what is the incentive if I'm coming out of college right now, to go get trained in a manufacturing role or some role that it's basically more of the blue collar role within an organization, knowing that there's a reasonable probability that I will not have a job in 10 or 15 years due to robotics completely that are there. So what is the incentive for me to do that, knowing that it could be short lived?
