Really kind of, you know, talking about the relationship between inside sales and outside sales and hybrid models. And, you know, I don't in fact, I think there was some conversation about outside sales, you know, going away. I don't think outside sales is going to go away. I think it's the hybrid model. But I do think what they were talking about, and we're seeing this. Right. I do think that there is more strategic responsibility that is being added to inside salespeople, so they're not just order takers or assistants or whatever. But there is more strategy going into how the inside and the outside teams are working together, sharing data, sharing information, even following up on larger opportunities, things like that. I think there's a lot of opportunities to, again, talk about leveraging organic growth just through the optimization of that relationship.
