Tom explains why finding safe music for videos is hard and recommends Kevin MacLeod's incompetech.com. He asks viewers where they get copyright-free, DMCA-safe music so creators can help each other avoid takedowns.
¡Hola! It's Tom. Are you sick of not being able to have music on your videos? I'm sick of not being able to have music on my videos. The music that you hear in the background there is Kevin MacLeod from incompetech.com. I'll put the link up here in the description. What I want to know is, where are you finding copyright-free music that you can put in your videos? You know, sometimes it's fine to just have a silent background and you know, just talk if you're a vlogger, or just have, you know, something, some kind of sound effects or something. But you know, there's other times when nothing but music will do as a background for your video. So what I'm interested in is where you getting your music from, the copyright-safe music, the music that you can really play without being worried about being DMCA'd to have your stuff taken down. Where you finding that from? Leave me a note, make a video comment, let me know where you getting that from. We need to help one another to find great music to put on our videos. Thanks a lot and see you guys soon. Take it easy. Bye-bye.
