Hey Paul, it's Tom. I'm a little older guy than you, so I probably remember some stuff about online communities that maybe you weren't around for, or you weren't into. But back in the day, we used to have Usenet groups, and Usenet groups were really the wild, wild west of internet communication. And back then, people didn't know too much about etiquette, and people didn't know too much about, um, well, you know, we were learning. We were all learning together about how to treat one another online. And one of the first lines that I ever remember that stuck with me and that I still try to stick with today is, "Don't feed the trolls." Leave the trolls alone. Don't feed them. Eventually you stop feeding them, they go away. So hang in there, brother, and don't feed the trolls.
