Hey guys, good morning, it's Tom. It's early on a Saturday morning. I got a nasty cold. I haven't, as Sut Steve would say, I haven't showered yet. So pardon the garb, but I really wanted to respond to Peppermint Patties video about the New Jersey Supreme Court decision giving full equal rights to gay and lesbian couples. You know, we're fighting each other here about things that are just crazy. The fact that people should be denied the rights, the right to healthcare, the right to inheritance, the right to equal property protection because of their sexual orientation is crazy. And it's It's something that we're finally starting to deal with, and it's something that the young people in America are fed up with. You know, you talk to a young person about this and all they do is shake their head and they say, "Well, what is it? What do you mean? Why is this? Why is this?" So Peppermint Patty's exuberance in that video was so great, and watching her jump around with her children and watching her children stream streamers in celebration with her. You know, moments like that challenge our stereotypes and make it really hard to say the kind of crazy stuff that some of our politicians say about this. Like, you know, for example, if you let gays and lesbians marry each other, next thing you know, people will want to marry dogs. And right, right, they want to marry dogs. Crazy, crazy, crazy. Anyway, Peppermint Patty, great video. Actually got me to put a hat on at this hour of the morning to make a video so that I didn't scare all you people. But thanks, I really enjoyed that a lot. Take it easy.
