AI's speed combined with young workers' instant-gratification habits creates organizational risk. The speaker argues judgment comes from experience, not training, and warns that AI errors scale fast without critical oversight. The challenge is that these tools are providing so much efficiency, right? And this next generation coming in, they're all about that instantaneous gratification, right? They've grown up with smartphones. They have zero patience. They just want to move. So, if they can go and they can use something really quickly and get an outcome, that's their gratification done.
