These are my three favorite tools to increase arm strength. This is coming from a former college quarterback and I use these tools to increase my arm strength to throw over 60 yards. Drivelike makes great ones that I use and I wish I would have started using them soon because I started using them when I got to my 4 year and hopped on their in season ramp up routine and it took my arm strength to the next level. I think I threw a ball around 64 yards which was the furthest I'd ever thrown a ball before and my arm felt amazing. So I highly recommend this and you check out Driveline's programs that they have shout out to Driveline. My second tool that I used a lot was J bands. J bands, Jaeger bands, whatever you want to call them. A lot of people use them in the baseball community, but as a thrower they still apply to football. They have a great warm up routine that they come with. I recommend you use them before and after when you throw. It's a great way to take care of your shoulder, make sure that you don't get hurt as well as continue. Now, third one is a little unorthodox. It's not exactly a tool, but it still helps your arm strength. It's yoga. The thing is about arm strength is it's not about as much strength or muscle movements as you might think about.
