Short YouTube monologue (by Trenton Luera) arguing that Junior College (JUCO) is a strong option for high-school football players who need development after high school. Key points: JUCO offers development time since D1 programs increasingly recruit ready-now players, provides early game reps (often against future D1 players), gives a second chance to correct recruiting mistakes, and allows students to earn college credits before transferring. The speaker also offers a free spreadsheet of 6,000+ college coaches' emails via DM (keyword: "juco").

I'm done gatekeeping Junior College is the best Option for high school Football Players Junior College has a bad rep it's no surprise with Last Chance U. It showcased a lot of the bad and not as much of the good. But there are actually a lot more pros at JUCO than you might think. One of the big pros is because the Transfer Portal the transfer portal has mixed up a lot of things with high school recruiting. D1s aren't really looking for kids to develop anymore unless you're an absolute stud four five star now they're training it like the NFL they're looking for ready now guys. If you're not at the peak of your potential at the end of high school, then JUCO is a great option to develop and just become even better. Plus you get early game reps against lot of guys that might go D1 too. Plus you get a second chance at recruiting so you'll be able to fix a lot of mistakes that you made in the past. Lastly, you'll get a jump start on college, start getting credits and have a feel for things before you even transfer to a four year. It's pretty much a guaranteed way to get a scholarship offer even if you just end up getting practice from and don't even play first. If you want a free spreadsheet with 6,000 plus college coaches emails, DM me the word juco and I'll send it to you. Follow for more recruiting tips like this.
