Do this and you’ll get more interest from college coaches

The number one mistake I see with highlight tapes, everyone knows to make a highlight, but everybody seems to think the longer highlight tape the better or the more clips you have, the better. The issue with long highlight tape is that they just bore college coaches. Because most college coaches don't have time to watch a super long highlight tape. They're going to watch the first five plays, then decide, hey, do we like this kid or not? And they might keep watching after that. But most likely what's going to happen is they're going to contact your coach and then get the game clips and just watch full games on you. So the whole five minute plus highlights, that needs to stop. You're just wasting your time. And then also, even if a coach watches that long, you're just showcasing plays that should be highlights and just showcasing your average stuff. So cut down your highlight, make it four minutes max.
