Don’t make this mistake

Why most guys never make it out of juco and why I did. Juco is becoming increasingly popular and it makes a lot of sense. Last chance. You sparked a lot of interest and then now with the transportal, it's becoming more of a reliable option. But there's still a bad stigma around and not as many people succeed as you would think. So if you're thinking about going juco or are going juco, listen to this. The biggest thing I did was surround myself with the right people. Everyone goes into juco thinking they're going to crush it. They're going to go D1 in one semester. The reality is most don't do that. So you're going to be there for a while and you're growing as a person throughout all this. So the people you're around is going to influence you the most. Luckily, I was around a great friend group. We stayed focused on football and school, and yes, we did have some fun. But most of the time we were just chilling in our room, which made it a lot easier to stay focused on what we wanted to do in our football careers while other people surround themselves with the wrong people, then end up going out and partying. Start to believe that football isn't important to them, leading them to quit or just not get the success that they could get.
