Short YouTube advice clip by Trenton Luera (former college quarterback) about what to wear on college visits. Main recommendation: better to overdress than underdress; a polo and khakis is a safe choice. Avoid pajama pants or sweatpants; clean joggers are acceptable. Mentions that wearing a suit can stand out but is optional and should match the recruit's personality.

So what should you wear when you're going to a college visit before we dive into that, if you're new here and don't know who I am, I'm a former college quarterback. So be sure to follow for more content like this. So the simple advice is, it's better to overdress than underdress. Now, I'm not saying you have to wear a suit, though. There was this one recruit that I saw on Twitter that would wear a suit to every single visit and, like, it made them stand out. Of course coaches like that because, like, who doesn't like seeing a freaking killer 17, 18 year old in a suit that looks freaking awesome? But, of course, you don't have to go that extreme. My take is, like, probably a polo and some khakis, that's good enough. But definitely I would advise not to wear, like, pajama pants or anything like that. Or sweatpants. Like, you can wear joggers, definitely, if they look pretty clean. But for the most part, it's better to overdress than underdress. So just make sure to apply that rule. You don't want to give off that, like, weird impression that you don't really care. You don't really think this is an important thing. But again, you don't have to go overboard and wear a suit, though. It's a cool idea. If you're like, that's me, then go do that. Do something that's true to you. But if it's not you, then don't go for it. So hopefully this gave you some idea on that.
