Short video by Trenlor (Trenton Luera) offering practical advice to high-school football players on how to get noticed by college coaches at recruiting camps. Key recommendations in this chunk: contact college coaches days or weeks before the camp to confirm interest and avoid attending camps where coaches are not already watching you; avoid choosing camps solely because of proximity or personal preference; on the day of camp seek as much face time as possible and do things that make you stand out. The creator also promotes a free spreadsheet of 6,000+ college coaches' emails available via the bio link.

You're gonna want to start reaching out to college coaches and see which coaches are interested in you. This is the biggest mistake families make when it comes to camps is they go to just any camp for any reason because it's close, because it's because they want to go to that school. The reality is if they aren't paying attention to you before the camp, most likely nothing's going to change at the camp. Are there a couple situations where that may happen? Yes, but for the most part they're just looking at kids that they want to evaluate and that they already know of beforehand and that they've seen a little bit of film. And so if you're not on that list, you're going to get overlooked and you're going to be frustrated. When you get to the end of camp and nothing has happened, then you're going to want to make sure the day of the camp you try to get as much face time with coaches as possible. Do things that make you stand.
