If you have no varsity film, but you still want to start the recruiting process, here's what you need to do. Number one, you need to create new video. So just because you're not using game film doesn't mean you still can't find ways to show people your skills. Creating new video that shows skills that coaches want is a great way to get started. Number two is building a brand. You don't want to be waiting until the moment that you get varsity film to start letting coaches know about you. Because the sooner that coaches know about you and the more relationships you have built ahead of time, then the easier it's going to be once you have varsity film to actually get in front of those coaches and get actual interest and actual offers off of that varsity film. And then number three, arguably the most important is developing out of everything. This should be the priority because there may be politics that the coach did not play you or that they don't like you or the guy ahead of you may be a senior. But regardless, your number one focus should just be getting better and making sure to get that varsity film as soon as possible. Now, if you still want to get a solid foundation in the recruiting process and get ahead of the game, then click the link in my bio and see how we can help.
